The Menu includes a FIVE hour Reception with a Cocktail Hour consisting of Passed Hors D'Ouevres, a bountiful cold food presentation, and Top Shelf Open bar service.

After Cocktal Hour ends your guests will be invited to find their seats in their dining room where they will await the entrance of their guests of honor.  Their dinner orders will be taken followed by the champagne toast.

The Appetizer will be served at that point, then the salad course shortly there after.  Once the Main Entree is served to your guests then they will await the cutting of the cake and the amazing dessert presentation.
